What are the fees?

I use a flat rate fee per month system. We can talk about your specific business needs and figure out how we can best serve you. The service price will be determined based off of the workload and transaction volume based on each individual business 

What type of bookkeeping services do you offer?

I specialize in QuickBooks and am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisors. I work remotely, or we can set up online meetings to help you better understand your bookkeeping. I utilize cloud based software for easy and secure document uploads and transfers.

How does monthly bookkeeping work?

I analyze and record all of your business transactions through QuickBooks to compile monthly financial statements such as P&L and Balance Sheet Reports.

What if I need a more frequent schedule than monthly?

I strive to provide excellent customer service, and am here to serve you. I can absolutely meet more often to meet your specific business needs. I can even provide weekly meetings to help you optimize your cash flow.

When and how do I send my documents to you?

I will need your bank statements every month. We can setup your bank statements to automatically synch with QuickBooks so that you can focus on your business while I handle your bookkeeping. You can also send me your documents manually through various ways if you prefer. We use secure cloud based software and email for document delivery.

When do you deliver my monthly financial reports?

I will have your financial reports delivered by the 10th of every month so that you can better plan for your business.

What if my books are behind schedule or need a clean-up?

Don’t worry about that. I can help clean-up any messy transactions or inaccurate records from your past. We will discuss the details as necessary for your specific situation.

What if I need tax preparation?

I am not a CPA. If you need a Tax Preparer I would have to advise you to find a CPA near you, whom you would like. And I would be happy to work with the CPA of your choosing. I am a people person and can work with anyone professionally!  And together we will make sure you get the most out of your business!
